PREAMBLE

These Terms and Conditions apply to the legal operations concerning products marketed for their customers by The Rigaux Tribe within it’s virtual shop.

 

ARTICLE 1 – OBJECT

These Terms and Conditions have for object to define the terms and the conditions in which The Rigaux Tribe proposes and sells its’ Products to its’ customers.

These terms and conditions will prevail over all other conditions appearing in all other documents, excepting preliminary, express and written dispensation.

 

ARTICLE 2 – ACCEPTANCE OF THE CONDITIONS

The customer is familiar with, at the time of ordering, the current general terms and conditions and expressly declares acceptance without reserve.

The current general terms and conditions govern the contractual relationship between The Rigaux Tribe and it’s customer, both parties accepting them without reserve.

 

ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCTS

The proposed products are in accordance with the current French legislation. Our responsibility would not be engaged should the proposed products not be in compliance with the legislation of the country where they are delivered. It is up to the customer to verify with local authorities the rules and regulations applying to the importation of the products that they intend to order.

 

ARTICLE 4 – DELIVERY

The delivery deadlines include manufacturing time, order preparation and routing time. They also depend upon the country of delivery and the volume of the order to be handled by our shipping services. The delivery will generally be made by La Poste ‘Tracked Colissimo’.

 

Any eventual delays attributable to the carrier do not give the customer the right to demand damages.

 

The ordered goods are transported at the risk and peril of the addressee. Upon reception of the order, the customer or addressee should verify the good state of the product(s). In the event of one or more of the products being damaged or missing, the customer or the addressee should immediately make this known to the carrier.

 

ARTICLE 5 – RETRACTATION

The customer has a deferment period of 7 days from the date of reception in which they may return goods to The Rigaux Tribe for exchange or refund.

Any return of products has to be the object of a formal agreement between the company and the buyer.

Any returns accepted by the company, in the case of a visible defect or the nonconformity of the delivered product(s) acknowledged by the company, will allow the buyer to obtain a free replacement or if need be a credit note, excluding all other compensation.

In this case, the customer must return new products in their original packaging to the following address:

ARTICLE 6 – PRICE

All prices are in Euros

 

The prices provided are the displayed prices at the time of ordering. All our prices include tax.

 

ARTICLE 7 – PAYMENT

Order payment should be made by bank card.

 

ARTICLE 8 – LEGAL APPLICATION

The current Terms and Conditions are subject to French law.
